Proven Process for Success

1) Schedule a Call We want to hear the excitement in your voice when you explain your grand plan! We want to see the smile that crosses your face as you tell us what we can accomplish together. This stage is important, so we can uncover your “why”!

2) Review our Proposal Once we get an idea of what you need, we get to work developing a plan. Maybe you need a fresh website, or a new social campaign. After we talk, we will send information about what we can do for you!

3) Make it Official We ask all clients to sign a contract that outlines how we will work together. It keeps us accountable and on track to deliver exactly what you requested.

4) Asset Collection We need your things! From your brand guidelines, logo, and platforms, we gather all of the building blocks for your grand creation. If you need help, we can design your logo, and other assets for you. We will ask during our consultation call.

5) Design & Deliver We design until you are happy. Period. It can take one revision or 4 revisions. It’s not right, until it’s right!

6) Monitor & Maintain After your site is launched, we monitor and maintain for 30 days, fixing anything we find along the way. This is the best opportunity to gather feedback from your clients and visitors for future changes.
